- It’s also aware that technological and shifts in customers’ priorities are changing the face of the energy business. For that reason, NYPA has been working since 2014 to transform itself into the first end-to-end digital utility.
- This transformation will involve improving NYPA’s products and services, asset base, and organizational structure to meet customer needs and reflect changes in the energy industry.
