Atlas Development is planning a 2.4 million square foot data center in Georgia.
They recently filed a Development of Regional Impact application with the Georgia Department of State Affairs. The proposed seven building campus is being called Project Gracie and will be built out through the end of 2032.
This is just another in a long string of recent data center announcements in the state of Georgia. Atlanta alone has become a hub for several major operators, including Microsoft, CoreSite, QTS, DataBank, DC Blox, and many others.
Applications have been filed for over a dozen data center campuses across the state in the last few years.
