Yondr Group is planning to break ground on a 550 MW data center in Texas. The new 163 acre site will be located in Lancaster, just outside of Dallas.
This area is one of the fastest growing data center markets in the world. Construction is planned to begin in 2026 and will bring plenty of jobs and revenue into the region.
Yondr already has several data centers in North America, including in Virginia and Toronto.
Why is Texas ripe for data center development? Access to energy. We can expect to see continued growth in this region in the coming years.
