Hull Street Energy, LLC has recently sold Basin Creek HoldCo, a natural gas-fired power plant, to Basin Creek Acquisition LLC, formed by Platform Partners LLC and William Pate.
The power plant, which was previously a part of the HSE Milepost Power portfolio, generates 53 MW of electricity for the state of Montana.
Private equity firm Hull Street Energy is specifically focused on financing the decarbonization of power generation.
