AI infrastructure company Crusoe has partnered with Blue Owl Capital and Primary Digital Infrastructure on a $15 billion joint venture.
The second phase was just announced, which will finance the expansion of a 1.2 gigawatt AI data center in Abilene, Texas.
The expansion includes six new buildings, on top of the two already under construction. The complete facility is expected to be operational by mid next year.
This is yet another of the many announcements we are seeing around data centers. This industry will only keep growing and growing in the coming years.
