The startup specializes in CO2 mineralization technology. Their tech turns CO2 into rock, offering a safe, permanent solution for carbon removal.
44.01 currently has pilot projects in both Oman and the UAE. They won the 2022 “Fix our Climate” Earthshot Prize and were recently announced as an XPRIZE Carbon Removal Top 20 Finalist.
